Admission Requirements

Families who are interested in applying to Lake Tahoe Preschool must fill out and return an application. Once your appliction is recieved the director will contact you to set up an interview and tour. Lake Tahoe Preschool and the State of California requires that the following items from below are met before your child may begin school.

• Children must be between 24 months and 6 years of age 
• Emergency Card and Release Forms
• CA School Immunization Record
• Current TB Test
• Physician Preadmission Health Evaluation
• Notification of Parents Rights
• Notification of Personal Rights
• Parent Handbook Receipt Form
• Current Registration Agreement
